The streamer first disappeared on the evening of June 19, 2019 and the day after an apologetic video was uploaded at midnight on his “TR1Iceman” channel. On the video, he admitted to being mentally ill and suicidal. Furthermore, the police found his belongings on the pedestrian walkway of the Manhattan Bridge.

And on June 24, 2019, the New York City Police Department discovered Daniel’s body in the East River and confirmed that Amofah had died. On June 26, 2019, it was concluded that Amofah has drowned after jumping off the Manhattan Bridge.
