According to Arabi21, he was giving a speech at the event when he passed out, which was hosted “in commemoration of the successes of [Egyptian] President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi.” When he fell out, he was reportedly speaking at the event.
He is said to have referred to Mohammed bin Zayed, the president of the United Arab Emirates, as a “dean of mankind and a man of peace” just before he passed out.
